As a Property Consultant specialising in garden rooms and granny annexes, you’ll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales process. Your role will involve understanding client needs, showcasing product offerings, providing expert advice on customization, and ultimately facilitating the sale of these bespoke living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries, providing expert advice on design options and customisation possibilities.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to finalising contracts and project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and local planning permissions.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to meet clients’ unique specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the construction or property sector.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and relationship management.
- Ability to grasp technical details of construction and design, translating them into understandable concepts for clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
