Human Resources Administrator Required in Enfield
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a growing social care provider based in Enfield.
The organisation provides supported living services to adults with a range of needs including mental health concerns, learning disabilities, complex care and physical disabilities.
Reporting directly to the managing director you will be the sole HR Administrator with full autonomy responsible for the smooth running of the HR function within the organisation. After successful completion of your probation period the company will cover the costs for you to complete a CIPD qualification.
As the HR Administrator your main duties will include
· Recruitment of social care staff
· Maintaining employee records
· Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
· Being the first point of call for manager queries
· Attending meetings and minute taking
· Maintaining and auditing in house system
· Use Citations platform to seek advice and support
Hours
· Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with half an hour paid break
To be considered for this role you must
· Have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role
· Experience of managing the disciplinary process
· Ability to manage your own workload
